The Role
Our client, a large consulting company, requires a Security Consultant / Security SDM with knowledge of PCI and EUC environments to work between customer sites. You will be developing the relationships between the customer and your security delivery team, whilst providing security advice, guidance and identifying security issues and security risks.
Your Responsibilities
- Create documentation for clients and Security service reports
- Manage security incidents to resolution
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the team
- Develop Information Security Processes and Internal Controls
- Develop reports on security incidents and remediation activities
- Advise on changes in security technology
- Perform security evaluations of changes using ITIL
- Work with the incident and problem management team
- Support the SLA Compliance process
- Provide governance and process support
This role will be working across Macquarie Park and Mascot and you must have the ability to work in both locations each week.
Your Experience
- Experienced in either Security Consultant, Advisor or Security Service Delivery Manager roles
- Must have 10+ years' experience in Security
- Experience in the delivery of managed security services
- Experience in leading a technical team and resources
- Must have PCI (Payment Card Industry) experience
- Experienced in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and ISO/IEC 27001
- Extensive experience in Security and governance management
- Must have worked in large organisations and have an ability to navigate through
- Must have professional and outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in End User Computing services
