Our client, a blue-Chip Company is looking for Scrum Master x 2 to join their team for an initial 6 months + extensions.
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies for technology technical product delivery & DevOps including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews/showcases and release planning
Skills & Experience:
- 5 + years proven work experience as iteration management / scrum master / Agile delivery manager, managing outcomes using Agile/Lean methods with enterprise-level software or web application development and applying agile ceremonies in an IT infrastructure environment utilising the appropriate tools such as JIRA
- Experience in managing complex delivery across multiple applications and technology platforms
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools such as Microsoft o365, Jira and Confluence
- Strong Communication & stakeholder management skills
