Our client, a Federal Government Agency is looking for Scrum Master to join their team for an initial 12 months + extensions based in Melbourne CBD.
You will be required to facilitate and lead agile ceremonies & contribute to larger Release Train activities at the direction of the Release Train Engineer
Essential Criteria
- 5 years ICT industry experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Salesforce-based solutions project experience
- Experience coaching in agile methodologies, techniques, systems and tool
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence team culture and lead by example
- Proven experience in facilitation, conflict resolution and driving continual improvement
