About the role
Our client holds an iconic presence in the telecommunications sector. They are looking for a Scrum Master, who will work on digital and cross-business delivery projects working closely with the product manager and relevant Project Manager.
This is a 6-month contract role.
You would be involved in:
- Work within one or multiple project teams focused on implementing enhancements across platforms.
- Project teams may consist of Solution Architect, software engineers, Frontend and Backend Developers, Content and Technical Producers, SIT and UAT test teams working with business SMEs and other stakeholders.
- Deliver in a fast-paced agile environment that requires a flexible and pragmatic approach to achieving results.
- Align customer designs/UI/requirements/technical specifications and ensure requirements traceability for design and testing.
- Act as a facilitator between technical, business/product and vendors teams to clarify project requirements.
- Implement plan for agreed strategies including impact on other organisations.
- Freedom to act and rectify any deviations to plan across the organisation.
To be successful for the role, you would ideally have:
- Extensive experience in Agile Software Delivery methodology, Scrum/Kanban
- 5 years of experience working in media and/or broadcast industry and OTT products and sports products
- Experience with projects around Mobile (Android iOS) and web experience
- Experience in writing clear functional requirements
- Strong high-level technical knowledge in Video OTT products
