One of Australia's largest financial institutions is currently looking for multiple Scrum Masters for Contract and Permanent opportunities based in Sydney CBD.
We are looking for Agile professionals with a strong track record of delivery, stakeholder engagement across large, enterprise organisations who can add value as this organisation uplifts its Agile capability. Ideally, you have helped internal teams transition to an Agile environment and can influence those around you to work in a more Agile way by promoting the ideals of Agile development.
The successful candidate will be a CSM or PSM I with at least 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master. You should also have experience with disparately located, medium sized Agile teams. Exposure to the financial services industry would be beneficial and experience with Data related projects would also be well regarded.
