The Role

We are looking to hire a Scrum Master for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives

As an experienced Agile Scrum Master, you will demonstrate a high level of competency using agile frameworks, practices and tools. You are differentiated from your peers due to your strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. You'll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects with your mindset on deliverables

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement processes, practices, and tools allow for multiple paths of delivery. I.e., create simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible methodologies
  • Recommend improvements and drive alignment across the team
  • Serve as a Coach and Mentor within the team on agile practices
  • Lead and influence others including those more senior on best practices
  • Inspire others to adopt the new processes and improvements based on program retrospectives
  • Work across multiple technical teams to develop solutions
  • Support Continuous builds and integration environment
  • Certified Agile practitioner to enable and train the team on Agile best practices including work item tracking, tracking features, logging user stories, tasks and also raising and escalating impediments as needed.
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Lead multiple Agile teams on methodologies with knowledge of embedded development process
  • Basic Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion (e.g., on time, within budget, on scope)
