Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join their growing Digital integration team. The team is responsible for building and operating business critical consumer communications systems in a devops and integration environment.
The role:
- Act as a Scrum Master supporting a technology manager in an Integration and consumer applications team
- Heavy focus on delivery management of external dependencies and teams.
- Ensure other dependent teams are tracking to their deliverables. Eg, security team
- Tracking iteration progress, ownership of obstacles and blockers, ensuring iteration commitments are fulfilled
- Managing and guiding requirements, delivering required outcomes in an Agile environment
- Jira admin and ceremonies, stand ups and show cases
The candidate:
- 5+ years as an IT Iteration Manager / Scrum Master experience with significant experience working in large and complex organisations
- Could be a Scrum Master with a development background or a technical lead iteration experience
- Proven experience across end-to-end projects using Agile/Scrum project management methodologies. Scaled Agile highly desirable
- Has a technical background. Eg, development, and can talk to technical people. Eg, Java, Apigee or AWS ideal but not essential
- DevOps or Dependency Management or integration experience would be highly regarded
- Superb communication and excellent stakeholder management skills
