We are looking for an experienced delivery lead/Scrum Master who has min 3years+experience in delivery in an Agile environment to work within a dynamic team environment within the banking and finance sector. This will be a 6months engagement initially.
- Experience in managing large, complex projects in an unpredictable environment with competing priorities.
- Development and delivery of customer facing digital assets
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
- Strong, existing experience in leading technical teams
- Risk assessment, planning and mitigation
- Working/Coaching with Agile software development team
- Stakeholder management
- Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
- Business Process Re-engineering
- Performs ongoing project management disciplines for the execution team including, but not limited to, providing status reports, project planning/tracking, identifying dependencies and stakeholders, issue/risk management and communication planning.
