Salesforce Solution Architect
Our client is a VIC Governmental Department that strive for a safe, collaborative and positive culture in a hybrid working environment. They are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Solution Architect who will lead and design solution options in terms of costs, benefits, risks and architectural alignment for all related project teams and digital products.
The successful candidate will be required to formulate potential courses of action to achieve objectives based on an in-depth understanding of the business environment & its systems.
Role Responsibilities
- Guide tech leads with CRM Application Architecture and designs that are fit for purpose and cost-effective across multiple digital products.
- Unify architectural and technical information into as built and solution architecture documentation.
- Conduct detailed solution or technology assessments, taking into consideration product suitability and value for money in terms of cost, quality, and suitability.
- Lead IT strategy, develop and maintain solution roadmaps, technology selection and innovation initiatives.
Skills and experience
- Salesforce Certified in Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architecture & Management Designer.
- Implementing complex strategies to build buy-in and support from key internal and external clients or stakeholders.
- Establishing an integrated perspective of the organisation's systems & identifying the leverage points where intervention will add value.
