About the Role:
Working for this large financial institution as a Salesforce Developer you will be providing technology based solutions incorporating design, development, delivery and maintenance of technological solutions to meet the needs of the business. In this role you will be working closely with the Scrum Master for all deliverables whilst reporting into the Delivery Lead.
Example of responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, testing and installing applications programs across multiple platforms
- On-going management of development and build environment
- Develop and produce design specifications in relation to Salesforce
- Working with users to evaluate technology applications and customer requirements
- Work closely with business teams, system testers to support system/integration testing, defect resolution
- Ensure that solutions are developed within agreed budgets and time frames
- Maintaining and testing programs according to detailed technical
- Development of systems documentation
- Providing system support by providing fail and fix application support
- Contribute to implementation activities of the changes
About the Successful Candidate:2
- At least three years Salesforce development experience
- Certified Salesforce Developer
- Any experience with APEX, Visualforce and/or Lightning will be looked upon favourably
- Community cloud experience - Preferably Partner community
- Working experience in Agile environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong technical and consulting experience
- Passion for learning and continual improvement
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively
