Responsibilities:
- Ensure that solution are developed within agreed budgets and time frames
- Work closely with business team, system testers to support system/integration testing, defects resolution
- Research and scope potential solutions in response to user problems
- Contribute to implementation activities of the changes
- On-going management of development and build environment
- Work with the Scrum Master for all deliverables but will be reporting to the Delivery Lead
Expereince Required:
- Salesforce Development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning)
- Community cloud experience (Preferably Partner community)
- 5 years Salesforce Platform experience (where at least 3 years is development experience)
- Needs to be a certified Salesforce developer
- Marketing cloud
- Customer communities
- Analytics cloud
- Java development experience
- Working experience in Agile environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong technical and consulting experience
- Passion for learning and continual improvement
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively
