- $900.00 - $1100.00/pd + GST to candidate (pending on experience)

We are looking to hire an experienced Change Lead who has one end to end Salesforce Change Project under their belt one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years commercial experience within Change (i.e., Senior Change Consultant, Change Lead or Change Manager)
- Must have previous Salesforce Change experience (ideally end to end) - Experience with implementing change activities for a Salesforce (sales) roll-out
- Hands-on experience with change management
- Excellent Stakeholder Management experience
- Strong communicator (must be able to take ownership and influence relevant parties)
- Able to start ASAP
