Key accountabilities
- Deliver technical consulting and subject matter expertise to develop technological user training materials in relation to the IT system to support CWU operations and reporting requirements
- Work with key stakeholders, vendor representatives, other IT teams / experts to gather requirements and ensure system designs meet current and future business /user requirements
- Act as an escalation point for the resolution of technology problems and events; collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve highly complex problems
- Deliver training on the IT system to end user audiences in multiple formats and in various locations
- Coordinate new user and ongoing IT support to CWU staff responding to operational issues
- Seek out and identify system enhancements and gather user feedback to reach the root cause
- Initiate, build and maintain dashboards within the IT system across the CWU
- Provide guidance and consultation to various team members over a number of sites to ensure user consistency and compliance
- Develop/streamline processes to ensure a timely response is achieved for users when inputting/recording data into the Salesforces platform
- Ability to problem solve and liaise on a technical level when issues are identified
- Maximise the use of the business data through Salesforce and produce reports
