Our client, a leading global IT consulting organisation is currently seeking a Sales/Pre-sales Associate to join them.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and negotiate sales opportunities within your existing networks
- Establish and create new business opportunities through cold-calling and site visitation.
- Usage of LinkedIn, online searches and other directories and tools to locate sales targets
- Adhere to individual KPI's to ensure your sales pipeline is always healthy and flowing
Skills & Experience:
- Recent Graduate with 3 years experience in Solution sales ideally (ERP)
- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Meticulous planning and time-management skills
- Proven ability to think on the run and thrive under pressure
- Experience/exposure to technology and IT sector an advantage.
- A Persuasive communicator who uses consultative selling techniques to identify opportunities, overcome any objections, build relationships and convert leads into sales
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Capable of working autonomously
