Looking to enter the SaaS space? Our client is looking for a Sales & Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide administrative support to the sales team. This is an exciting SaaS entry point, and this position provides an opportunity to work with a close-knit/high-calibre team who will challenge you and support you in your professional growth.

About you:

  • University degree or similar
  • Proficiency with MS Office & Google Suite applications required
  • Strong internet research skills and comfortable working with technology and open to learning how to use a wide suite of applications (i.e. CRM, communication platforms, sales intelligence software)
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Ability to wear multiple hats is required
  • Must be highly organized with an ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail
  • Must be a flexible, adaptable, problem solver
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a proactive sense of urgency
  • Proactively looks at ways to enhance our office procedures, resources and organisation
  • Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Makes cost-efficient decisions in the best interests of the business
