Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is key, collaborating with technical resources in securing the close in complex solutions and helping clients understand solutions and their impact.

This role of Sales Consultant requires a thorough knowledge of the market and the solutions and services on offer, with extensive training provided to ensure the best for your role and the business.


  • Development of end to end solutions to meet customers' business needs
  • Delivery of full ICT solutions
  • Work with customers to determine business requirements in order to develop suitable solutions
  • Engagement and management of partners to develop and deliver solutions
  • Accountable for the commercial management of these initiatives and solutions
  • Assist in the scaling and bulk rollout of the solutions that have been developed
  • Keep abreast of product/technology developments and transfer knowledge
  • Be proactive in solving problems for clients
  • Enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving.

Skills & Experience;

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales experience, including two or more in IT Solutions Sales or consulting
  • Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider
  • Proven technology aptitude, outstanding interpersonal abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation ability
  • Responsible for leading the customer interaction, project scoping, managing sales cycles and processes before handling over to architecture and delivery teams
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Positive, service-oriented personality

Desirable Skills & Experience;

  • Any relevant technical sales certifications
  • Experience selling IaaS solutions
  • Experience selling solutions to finance and/or private healthcare businesses.
