Our client is a leader within their Saas software niche. They pride themselves on making sure their software continues to stay "leading" and have a strong focus on their customer. They have a global footprint and have significant growth aspirations into other continents where they have offices already. Due to team expansion we require a Senior SaaS Implementation Consultant/Project Manager to join the team.
The responsibilities of the role revolve around successful end to end solution implementations of the Saas software. This includes:
- Initial requirement gathering sessions with clients
- Solutioning workshops with clients
- Technical/functional specification documentation
- Data analysis
- Deliver concurrent implementations/changes
- Work close with technical teams - Developers, engineers etc.
Pleas note: We seek a profile who has experience working within Saas software companies.
You will have experience in solution design, build and implementation of Saas software's. We are really looking for someone who is forward thinking, whom is customer service orientated and enjoys a team environment.
