About the position:
This person will be responsible for delivering customer stories in the Asia Pacific region that catalyze our Client's growth and win the hearts and minds of customers and prospects. This person will report to the corporate marketing organization and closely partner with the product marketing and field marketing teams to identify customers who best align to and strengthen their global go-to-market strategies across key industries and products. This person will own the end-to-end content creation and promotion process for a strategic set of customer stories across events, digital and social.
Position deliverables:
- Familiarize yourself with the pain points the customers are facing and the solution Anypoint Platform provides
- Become an expert in their customer marketing resources (SVOP, Bloomfire...etc.)
- Meet with cross-functional partners to learn about their FY21 go-to-market (GTM) and apply this knowledge to building your first, tailored customer marketing program for an Asia Pacific lighthouse customer
- Meet with their customer marketing leaders and identify a framework and process for delivering joint customer stories in FY21
- Create a playbook for sourcing, pitching and prepping their customer speakers at Asia Pacific events
About you:
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts and demonstrated confidence presenting to executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build deep, long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience effectively working with teams across multiple departments, time zones, and functions
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle at an enterprise technology company
