The Role
Our Premium client, An enterprise sized organisation based in Western Sydney are looking to hire multiple SAP Training developers in the below areas to both design and deliver a curriculum of SAP Based training Modules using Enable now
SAP Finance trainers
SAP Environmental Health and Safety
SAP Enterprise Asset Management
SAP Senior Developer (Go animate)
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop SAP based learning packages / courses / modules in Enable Now and or GoAnimate as per the training curriculum and plan using the provided templates and resources
- Develop SAP based training courses and workbooks for Face to Face or virtual delivery in line with our content development schedule
- Engage with key stakeholders to determine specific learning content which is aligned with the new business process and SAP actions and tasks, to be included in your course and training artefact development
- Review and extract relevant SAP and business process information to design and develop role specific training materials
- Update the development tracker as per development milestones
- Deliver, where applicable, face to face (or virtually) training courses for the Optimus program
- Seek feedback (and incorporate this feedback) on content and artefacts to ensure it meets the business and Optimus program requirements
- Support post training, end user questions, and post go live support materials
Key Deliverables
- Updating of the training development tracker
- SAP role specific (and stream specific) Training materials including
- course outlines / storyboards
- Instructor lead materials
- E-learning modules
- SAP simulations
- QRG's
- exercise workbooks and exercise data sheets
What the person in this role MUST do:
- Ensure Learning artefacts reflect business processes and SAP system steps and interactions
- Create training material in line with development schedule and training plans
- Update training material upon feedback from subject matter experts
- Gain signoff for the content and artefacts within the given timeframes

Essential Experience
- Enable Now Experience Essential
- SAP design, development and training facilitation experience 5 Years
- GoAnimate preferred, or other E-learning development tools
- Simulations on Mobile Devices experience preferred
