Skill Required:
- Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence.
- Proven work experience as a senior technical consultant or team lead working with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environments in platform technical analysis, technical configuration, technical services management, and/or platform customisation (programming) roles.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering SAP project implementations in a process driven environment in the capacity of technical analyst with strong Basis/Administration knowledge.
- Substantial experience providing hands-on support and administration services across the areas of SAP NetWeaver (BASIS), SAP workflows, and/or SAP System Management tools, including proven skills in technical troubleshooting, investigation, root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and coordinating operational support projects including cyclic maintenance programs and leading disparate teams to deliver technical components for the SAP solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating integrated SAP change and release schedules and coordinating and performing multiple technical streams of work concurrently.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to integrated, business-requirement-aligned SAP solution roadmaps and to-be solution designs.
- Superior documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business language, explain, educate and influence peers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in TDMS (including data scrambling), homogeneous & heterogeneous system copies. Optimise system copy/system migration using one of various system copy methods (export/import, DB backup/restore, storage snapshot copy, TDMS etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in SAP cloud platform administration and management of applications in a hybrid cloud landscape.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP solution manager 7.2 for technical monitoring (E2E), reporting (SOS and EWA) and change management (ChaRM).
