Our client with a national footprint is a clear leader within there industry. They pride themselves on improving there products for there customers. Due to a recent IT transformation we require a SAP Success factors technical consultant to join the team.
The responsibilities of the role will be to hands on fix or provide solutions for technical and functional issues, this includes:
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand issues.
- Work closely with vendors to implement solution.
- Writing technical and functional documentation.
- Incident response and management.
- Liaising between stakeholders and technical teams
The successful person will have a technical understanding of Success factors, will have worked on implementation and product support and bug fixes and be able to work closely with vendors and technical teams to problem solve.
