The Role

A Client a large Government entity are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Analyst with a strong technical background to play a key role in the development, maintenance and enhancements and analysis Of the product The successful candidate will have extensive experience in SAP success factors considering themselves as a subject matter expert

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide operational technical support and maintenance for SAP Success Factor landscape ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and that the system is performing as expected.
  • Provide technical support for all integrations and interfaces within SAP systems and between SAP Success Factor and other SAP/non-SAP systems
  • Provide technical advice to the organisations HR support team and users ensuring that specifications are aligned to business requirements.
  • Undertake SAP Success Factor developments ensuring that they are properly designed, configured, developed, tested, and documented.
  • Provide technical advice and support to the company's projects that impact the Success Factors systems.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of interfaces and integrations between different SAP/non-SAP systems with SAP Success Factor
  • SAP Success Factor workflow development, monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Perform technical analysis and application of SAP notes and support packs.
  • Where required, liaise with vendor support personnel in order to address SAP Success Factor system issues. Update tickets promptly and monitor progress to ensure that requests are resolved within SLA timeframes.
  • Where required, liaise with Business Technology (BT) personnel to ensure computer resource and support requirements for financial systems are met.
  • Respond to questions and information requests from internal and external auditors in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for effective technical knowledge transfer from Project team during Project Go-Live handover

Essential Experience

  • At least 3 years of SuccessFactors implementation and support experience
  • A minimum of 2 full cycle SuccessFactors project implementations
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors know how
  • Comfortable to cover both hands on and strategic facets of the technical function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write technical documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to deadline without compromising quality
