We are looking to hire an experienced Senior SAP RE-FX Consultant for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 Years commercial experience as a functional SAP RE-FX Consultant
- Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations in SAP RE-FX
- Hands on configuration and support experience required
- Expertise in Real Estate Management
- Knowledge on Finance Integration with RE-FX
- Knowledge on Various type of scenario like Corporate Real Estate, Telecom etc.
- Knowledge on various type of AR posting using the Real Estate Management
Person should have some knowledge on following SAP Real Estate Management:
- Portfolio Management including Business Partner and Real Estate Master Data
- Corporate Real Estate Management including Contract Management, Space Management
- Technical Real Estate Management including Construction, Maintenance & Repair, Service
- Lease Management (IFRS16)
- Accounting (REFX) including Condition Adjustment, Cost Recovery, Service Charge Settlement
- Commercial Real Estate
