Purpose of the role
The team is replacing Taleo with Success Factors in the recruitment space, so they are looking for someone who has similar recent experience in the same field
Essential requirements
- Delivered cloud solutions for large organisations
- Success factor implementation experience
- Worked on product integration
- Worked on cloud + ERP integration projects
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying Key program and project problems, working with stakeholders to prepare and commit to action plans to address key risks and Issues and ensure they are monitored and managed.
- Ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement while maintaining a strong customer service approach.
- Capacity to operate both independently using initiative, self-direction and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work.
- Demonstrated experience in managing programs and projects in a multi-vendor environment.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing adequate program and project budgets, including all related forecasts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
