Working for a well reputed global enterprise. My client is looking for a well-established SAP Pre-sales Lead to deliver SAP presales and solutions capability.
Key responsibility:
- Articulating sales message and differentiate the businesses capability
- Manager prospective and existing customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution guidance, capability presentations and follow-up conversations
- Involvement in the sales cycle; demonstrating that SAP Solutions are a viable option for both internal and external staff and customers.
- Deal with complex solutions requiring multiple technologies to support and win the deal.
- Support RFx development, proposal defense, solution demo, pricing strategies and conduct due diligence in support of customer proposals.
- Conduct scoping and discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer in order to build relationships, solutions and drive RFI/RFP responses and understand customer's unique requirements.
- Lead teams of presales specialists on larger sales cycles working with peer groups
- Provide post-sale support to key customers primarily and maintain relationships.
- Closely align with project teams to ensure a smooth transition, new projects and expansion of services portfolio.
- Support sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely.
- Collaborate with the account team to identify new opportunities at accounts, build proactive proposals, solutions and new opportunities.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated background as a SAP Presales Lead; 10+ years of presales experience in Enterprise IT/ERP space
- Experience in implementation of SAP, latest and advanced SAP solution
- 5 years of SAP solution specialist experience in Energy and Resourcing industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP in S4HANA, ECC, IS-Oil, IS-Mining, JVA, Hydrocarbon production, and SAP managed services (AMS) is a must. Solid understanding in Digital Supply chain portfolio, IoT (Leonardo), HANA, Analytics, Machine Learning, Cloud solutions, Automation, model co., Mobility, FIORI and process integrations
- Ability to demonstrate 7-10 successful engagements leading small teams on mid to large sized deals (2-10m) including SAP transformations and managed services
- Expert knowledge/expertise on end to end processes/solution matching. High experience in presales and sales processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with high proficiency in English and expert in Business language
