About the Role
As SAP HR & Workforce Analyst you will design and manage systems and data reporting to ensure compliance with public sector HR requirements and to enable efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations within the Division.


  • Analyse workforce data and undertake strategic analysis to inform the development and implementation of plans
  • Prepare regular reports on corporate Key Performance Indicators, Business Metrics and ad-hoc reports
  • Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain and collate workforce planning and statistical reports on a regular basis and in response to urgent requests
  • Maintain HRIS systems to ensure the integrity of establishment and payroll data


  • Experienced as a SAP HR & Workforce Analyst
  • Experienced in workforce and HR Data
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to develop and collate workforce planning and statistical reports
  • Solid analysis experience
  • Ability to generate key reports
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
