Providing senior specialist professional consulting services and solutions to customer/business in designing, implementing and supporting SAP TLM functionality and related services
Technical Skils Required
- Specialist knowledge of SAP Time and Leave management and related functionality including: CATS, Leave accrual, Leave deduction, Award interpretation, Work schedules and public holiday calendars, Attendances, Substitutions, etc.
- Implementation and support of enterprise award agreements
- Strong analytical skills
- A good understanding of information technology concepts and processes
- Recognized as a leading specialist in SAP TLM area
Other Skills Required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP support & implementation experience principally in the TLM and related functional area
- Extensive 3rd Level support experience
- Extensive SAP Project experience [Full Lifecycle]
