Our Client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Specialist working at our clients offices in Canberra's CBD.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A high level of skills, experience and knowledge with demonstrated functional / configuration experience in SAP HR/HCM modules
- Strong analytical, configuration and troubleshooting skills
- Test the HR /performance / LMS and capability modules. Investigate and resolve defects where identified.
- Provide configuration solutions where possible and work with other team members to build more complex solutions as required.
- Proven ability to actively identify and improve SAP solutions, processes and functionality
- Work with business to model processes and procedures and define business requirements in an easy to read manner.
- Analyse requirements and provide advice on potential system solutions.
- Raise SAP notes and messages as required.
