About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the client
- Support the Business to articulate their needs
- translate into register of process and system requirements
- Facilitate deliverables including scope prioritisation and validation, process re-engineering, testing phases
- Review impacts to business and systems
- Complete change impacts analysis
- Work with IT and business groups
- Complete some configuration as needed in OM/PA
Experience
- Must be an experienced Functional Consultant
- Exceptional client-side skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Excellent understanding of the SAP HR Organisation Structure and its relationship to other components of the system
- Experience with reorganisation and reform projects resulting in change to the organisation structure
- Excellent experience with SAP HR modules across OM/PA/ESS/MSS
- Experience aligning the SAP solution design with business and functional requirements
