Our client is seeking a HCM Business Analyst with Recruitment experience to join their project team.


The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Provide specialist consulting to key stakeholders for their Recruiting and Onboarding/Offboarding process needs and requirements
  • Ensure that the solution aligns with the required business capabilities including: providing knowledge of the existing solution and business process, participate in workshops and document business processes and requirements
  • Support functional team members and client agencies in defining business processes
  • Actively participate in solution design workshops
  • Drive for a design that is delivered through a standard solution with minimal enhancements
  • Understand the functional aspects of the solution in sufficient detail to support the system implementation


To be considered for the role you will need:

  • Demonstrated hands on experience in a minimum of three full lifecycle HCM implementations from gathering requirements to design, build, test, train and deploy
  • Experienced in implementing Recruitment in 1 or more HCM systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
