Key responsibilities:
SAP Support - SAP Payroll Australia & New Zealand and general support to Business Users within contracted SLAs
SAP HCM and Payroll functional configuration, implementation and testing services to customer requirements and expectations for minor enhancements
Helping for getting business to comply with new Legislation laws.
Perform solution design and deliver solution documentation based on business requirements; perform post-deployment assessments and remedial actions to assure optimized business process
Yearly patching and rollout activities.
Manage both enhancements and troubleshooting for integrations Such as SuccessFactors and Kronos with SAP HCM
Analyse business processes and develop and implement improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize SAP solution
Provide functional guidance to Business Owners during testing cycles and approval process
Key skills and experience:
Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
Strong knowledge in SAP HCM and Payroll system configuration, including all types of customisation
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and solutions
Experience in a Shared Services environment
Excellent stakeholder management/communication skill
Ability to work autonomously under general direction
Degree in Business/Commerce or similar highly regard
