About the role
The role of the SAP Functional Expert, FICO is to provide expert advice and content knowledge of the solution to ensure design and configuration activities are completed to meet service delivery objectives
Responsibilities
- Design configure and test SAP S/4HANA in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements.
- Document system configuration, technical specifications and procedures ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practice for user requirement
- Uses extensive SAP, FICO knowledge to drive adoption of technology and process improvements
- As a subject matter expert in FICO, Recommend and implement improvements to the processes involved in the deployment of application and infrastructure releases
Skills and experience
- Extensive SAP S/4HANA, Financial Accounting and Controlling knowledge to drive adoption of technology and process improvements
- Demonstrated experience in the following S/4HANA Finance areas and configuration activities of
- Finance (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Accounting, General Ledger)
- Management Accounting (Profit & Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order)
- Fund Management
- Experience in working with both SAP end-to-end projects and BAU activities
- Experience in integration with the following SAP modules:
- Sales & Distribution Module
- Operation Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
