Our client is looking for an SAP Cutover Manager. You will be responsible for establishing the business cutover plans for the migration of various business units onto the SAP system.
Responsibilities will include:
- Plan, Design, develop and implement new and innovative MuleSoft applications that solve specific business problems
- Provide technical leadership to developer team members on projects
- Designing, prototyping, and delivering APIs, integration and applications in varied deployment models (cloud-based, on-premise or hybrid), to respond to project needs for cost-efficiency, competitive offering, and agility to respond to new business opportunities
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary level qualification in business or an IT related discipline
- Previous experience as an SAP Cut Over Manager
- Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders in formulating business interim processes to support a cutover, especially for Finance, Procurement and HR / Payroll
- Previous experience working on a large transformation project
- Experience managing system related projects
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities and differing expectations
- Solid understanding and previous experience of major systems implementations in operational environments
- Experience managing and co-ordinating multiple parties
- Ability to engage, motivate and lead teams of internal and external resources
