Our Client is a large Australian Financial Services organisation who require a Robotics Support Lead to provide capacity planning, monitoring, support and optimisation of robotics across multiple divisions, delivering Blue Prism Automation.


Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring all robotic work is completed before SLAs are breached
    • Manage capacity planning, monitoring and optimisation of robotics across multiple divisions
    • Run incidents, incident calls and communications
    • Lead cadence of reviewing incidents, understanding root cause and implementing corrections
    • Ensure controller coverage for all robots is in place with contingency plans
    • Create Standard Operating Procedures, governance meetings and checks
    • See to identify risks and communicate any risks or issues
    • Assist Principle Robotics Operations Manager with application owner related activity
    • Manage upgrades to BluePrism/PegaOpenspan and associated communications
    • Assist in ensuring appropriate monitoring in place for infrastructure
    • Drive the performance of the offshore team with detailed development plans/feedback
    • Increase utilisation of robots and offshore team to reduce incremental opex per automation
    • Accountable for Robotic change governance

    Skills and experience:

    • Proven experience in a large and complex organisation, primarily in the financial services industry
    • Demonstrated experience in delivering BluePrism Automation and/or PegaOpenspan implementations
    • BluePrism and/or PegaOpenspan certification
    • Experience in leading a second level support function
    • Experience and exposure to Infrastructure operations
    • Experience in incident management and delivering incident calls/communications
    • Experience in agile ways of working
    • Tangible experience in liaising with Senior Management
