Our client has a very reputable brand name within the Retail/FMCG sector. They pride themselves on their customer focus and look to always increase the value proposition. Due to an IT transformation program we require a Technical Retail Systems Analyst to join the team.
The responsibilities revolve around store system enhancement and implementations, this includes:
- Involvement in store system development and enhancements
- Process mapping (as is - to be)
- Involvement in delivery of implementations
- Small project management
- Work closely with technical vendors
- Work closely with support teams
The successful candidate will come from a retail background. You will have solid exposure to store systems such as POS, store CRMs, ordering/inventory etc. You will also have exposure to project delivery and support, you will be comfortable with technical responsibilities and also have a good understanding of retail operations. The role is a combination of BA and Project Lead.
