The RSP Manager (Growth) will be critical to the success of Customer Connections by ensuring that the strategic operational relationships within the growth Retail Service Provider (RSP) results in efficient connecting with customers.
- Direct engagement with RSP Customers to monitor performance against key Customer Connections metrics
- Define and implement plans for corrective actions, which will address gaps or failures
- Building rapport and a mutually beneficial partnership with RSP Customers
- Ensure that the right metrics and datasets are available, accurate and utilised for each RSP customer so that insights can be used to identify solutions for improvement
- Over 7 years' experience in telecommunications service activation or service delivery
- Experience in developing and supporting customer partnership strategies
- Ability to define requirements for metrics and datasets which enable effective performance tracking & management
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to deliver outcomes with external stakeholders and customers
- Previous experience in leading teams and coaching individuals to a high standard
