We are looking to bring on board a motivated and capable Recruitment Consultant/Candidate Resource Manager, who will provide recruitment support to an established, high performing team
Your job will include:
- Providing an outstanding customer service experience to candidates
- Advertising IT positions
- Candidate sourcing using a world-leading database & recruitment system as well as various recruitment tools including LinkedIn
- Candidate screening & selection
The right person:
- Will have some Previous Recruitment experience OR Will have a broad and general understanding of Information Technology and its various streams
- You will be someone who enjoys working in a team environment
- You will have strong people skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will be focussed and results driven
- You will have a high attention to detail and strong multitasking and time management skills
- You must have a 'can do' attitude and a hunger to learn and succeed.
