Our client is currently looking for an Resource / Recruitment Coordinator to work within a large, fast paced environment.
Outline of major duties:
- Support the provision of efficient and cost effective resource management.
- Act as the first point of contact for Line Managers, HR business partners for resource engagements.
- Facilitate coordination support for Line Managers to manage and track all Resource data from initial engagement through to on boarding.
- Ongoing Management of Resource Data.
- Proven experience within a fast paced organisation delivering efficient, accurate and reliable Recruitment / Administration support.
- Exceptional eye for detail.
- Proven experience in understanding and managing own workloads by prioritisation.
- Ability to work to agreed Service Level Agreements
- Time management and high-level organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
