Our client is seeking to engage a Reporting Specialist/Data Analyst to work within organization for performing analysis of data and developing appropriate technical documentation to capture reporting products.
The primary duties of the role include:
- Extensive experience in the design and development of complex data analysis and reporting solutions, utilising SAP source system, business intelligence or Microsoft-based software tools
- Experience working through a software development lifecycle including working closely with technical (Data Modellers) and business stakeholders
- Highly developed written and oral communication, interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with business partners and stakeholders
- Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence
- Proven ability to work under pressure, show initiative, meet deadlines and priorities, and achieve outcomes in a complex environment
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, advocacy and communication skills to successfully develop and manage stakeholder relationships and present across all levels of the organisation.
