My client, a leading Telco organisation, are looking for two Recruitment Consultants to join on 6-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to Hiring Manager's and Talent Acquisition Partner's
- Develop Sourcing Strategies to pro-actively engage and attract talent.
- Lead career conversations
- Build strong market expertise
- Build a strong partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners, Career Services and Support teams
Key Experience
- End to end recruitment experience across internal/ or agency models
- Strategic sourcing experience
- Maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Coaching and mentoring on process and policy
- Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills; good at extracting the right information
- Experience working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Tech Recruitment background will be highly regarded
