We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service driven recruitment consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be servicing our existing federal clients by finding the best candidates for the job. You will be put through a training and development program and be mentored by a senior member of staff to make you successful in your job.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Recruitment role is preferred.
- Candidates who have worked in a sales or sales support role will also be considered.
- Experience in working to targets in a fast-paced environment
- A successful track record in your previous roles
- Delivery and execution in every aspect of your working career
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box
- Exceptional communication skills
