Our client has a dominant presence within the banking and financial industry. They are currently seeking a Quality Engineer to join on an initial 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing automated testing applications for Java apps.
- Creating Test Summary Reports (TSR) and other affiliated documentation.
- Working with business analysts to understand requirements and design test cases.
- Assisting production support team for testing, deployment.
- Environment (non-production) support.
- Working with testers in other teams to build effective end to end automated testing.
The successful applicant will have experience in:
- 3+ years' experience in automation testing
- Test Automation and frameworks
- Microservices / API
- Stub / Mock and tools related to stubbing
- REST Assured
- Docker, Maven / Gradle, Jenkins
- CI / CD
- Java
