My client, an iconic company in the telecommunications industry is looking for multiple Project Officers to join on a massive Program of work.
In essence, you will be accountable for diving projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and influence is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation planning, including scoping of key activities and deliverables, risks & issues management, governance, commercial, KPIs and reporting, change management
- Experience in a contracting environment with demonstrated ability to influence and direct third party organisations to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder management at senior levels across large, complex organisations
- Ensure key stakeholders' inputs and outputs are taken into account, so as not to introduce any surprises during implementation
- Ensure the timely and coordinated delivery of project / initiative
- Increase the successful implementation of business projects as well as organisational, process, systems, policies, cultural changes
- Apply Change Management frameworks and methodologies
