We are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager - Success Factors for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of the project
- Direct and control all activities to meet/control customer expectations and meet budgeted financial objectives tied to the project
- Track all project costs to budget, project progress to schedule, and prepare cost-complete reports
- Maintain project documentation and prepare/deliver project progress reports
- Conduct internal project review meetings and act as project information source
- Ensure that deliverables are on time, and on/under budget
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and project forecasts for resource planning
- Manage project scope and change management activities
Skills Required
- Five years' experience managing projects, including defining project scope and budget, creating project plans, managing project resources, issue resolution, and reporting status
- Experience managing Human Capital and Talent Management Suite technical implementations, configurations and/or integration's (SuccessFactors, Oracle, Cornerstone, SumTotal, Totara or Saba preferred)
- Experience with HR systems like PeopleSoft, SAP, or Workday
- Knowledge of technical data processing procedures, policies, and best practices
- Highly Skilled and experienced with Microsoft Project, and the MS Office suite
