  • Deliver Insurance requirements in Finance program

Project Manager role is to lead the delivery of the Group Insurance requirements in the Finance stream within the Wealth Separation program. This will include:

  • Validation of insurance requirements including inventory of policies
  • Development of insurance policies factset
  • Support market review/ RFP processes and establishment of insurance policies
  • Development of end-to-end future state processes, procedures and controls


Skills and experience:

  • Experience in insurance claim and policy processes
  • Experience in performing market reviews
  • Experience in reviewing/drafting insurance policies
  • Experience in banking or financial services strongly preferred
  • Planning and delivery of change management in a project environment
  • Experience of Agile delivery approaches
  • Knowledge of Wealth and any general banking processes would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of business architecture and process mapping standards would be an advantage
  • Business engagement and stakeholder management, requirements analysis, management and documentation skills
  • Process mapping, procedure writing and solution design, facilitation skills
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in Senior Business Analyst roles with Insurance experience
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Proactively manage, raise and escalate risks/issues and scope change:
    • Project risks, Delivered risk, External risks (compliance, regulations)
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt methodology/ approach in accordance with project needs
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, including workshop facilitation skills
  • Analytical approach to problem investigation, options and recommendations, documentation of findings in a structured way
  • Upholding and demonstrating the Compliance Standards
