Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Infrastructure team. The team is lead and manage the design and delivery of an end to end, fit for purpose enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, business intelligence (BI), and any other required software application with the help of system integrators or partners.
The role:
- assume the management, project control and coordination of all information technology deliverables
- Develop high-level cost, time, risk and benefits estimates and plans for the implementation and maintenance of potential alternative solutions with clearly detailed assumptions
- Work with system integrators and partners in sourcing and contract engagement
- Managing the development, delivery and testing of the technical design and architecture, integration, data migration and conversion (ETL) components by either the SI or SP ensuring that requirements and identified outcomes are incorporated and meet objectives
- Managing the transformation of business processes (and procedures) that are impacted by the solution including design, mapping, documentation and transition
- Support and facilitate change management activities
The candidate:
- Highly skilled and experienced ERP Project Manager with experience across Finance, Procurement & Systems Projects
- Background implementing applications suites in a Cloud / SaaS environment beneficial
- BI options analysis, estimation / tender, selection and implementation experience in the construction, utilities or similar industries is desirable
- Knowledge of the Australian or State Government procurement frameworks is preferred, including but not limited to the NSW Government ICT Services Scheme
- Demonstrable understanding of project and program management disciplines, with the ability to integrate change management deliverables accordingly
- SI or SP management experience beneficial as is procurement strategy
