About the role
This project will deliver a unified user experience where a user can find, create, contribute and use digital learning resources from multiple repositories - the Digital Learning Resources Hub (Hub). The project will also grow a community of contributors to continually resource and sustain the Hub.
Key Accountabilities:
- Technical PM able to manage digital application and business processes, projects from requirements to successful implementation
- Manage the planning and delivery of complex online digital projects
- Strong release management experience in complex technical environments across multiple test landscapes and phases (i.e. Solution Testing, Integration Testing, Performance testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing)
- Develop and implement project management plans
- Regularly communicate with key senior stakeholders to ensure the identification and tracking of project objectives
- Prepare and present project status reports and communicate project updates to inform decision making at the senior level
- Balance competing demands to ensure projects objectives are achieved
- Lead and facilitate productive discussions with all stakeholders
- Monitor project milestone completion against goals and initiate amendments where necessary
- Responsible for the management of project finances
- Actively identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies to program leadership
- Ensure solutions are aligned with Department architectural guidelines
- Demonstrated experience in managing external vendors
- Co-ordinate with business as usual teams
Key requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in similar role
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint skills
- AGILE methodology certification or equivalent awareness/experience
- PRINCE2 experience is desirable
- Excellent, mature stakeholder management skills
