Role:
Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to manage the integration or implementation of the new unified communications and the implementation of the Omnichannel customer engagement services.
Key requirements to qualify:
- Minimum 8 years Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience in cloud and vendor management
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of multichannel contact centres and integration or implementation of unified communications systems
- The successful candidate must be willing to travel.
- Formal qualifications and practical experience in project management is highly desirable.
