About the Role
As Project Manager you will liaise with the Retail Designer, Property Manager and Builders on producing designs. You will then navigate the builders through the Configuration Change Process and provided Interface management at each site until handovers whilst delivering to the capital works

Responsibilities
- Supervision ensuring delivery to the program
- Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure flow of information and approvals
- Provide project updates
- Review and acceptance of contracts relevant to delegated work sites
- Stakeholder management and resolution throughout project life cycle
- Site visits to inspect works to review quality and compliance
- Identify risks, issues, hazards and delays
- Developer tender documentation
- Management, review and approval of variations
- Report on project budget, programme, safety, risks etc
- Ensure compliance and safety responsibilities
Experience
- An experienced Project Manager background
- Experienced in the delivery of Capital Works projects
- A high level planning and problem solving skills with the ability to apply them across site based construction projects.
- Experience managing construction sites and managing contractors
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrate a high level of safety and risk knowledge
- Experienced in a commercially focussed environment
- Capacity to work within a large complex organisation
