Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and facilitate the roles and responsibilities for projects across a range of banking products and services.
You will primarily be required to elicit change for business stakeholders, define and document what is required for changes to business processes, policies and information systems for particular products & services, communicate change to all stakeholder groups across impacted brands and recommend business solutions which achieve organizational outcomes.
Qualifications we seek
- Previous banking/ financial services operational experience
- Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt trained and tested
- Graduate qualification in any field
- Minimum 8 years Banking Operations
- Minimum 5years' experience to account operations
- Project Management experience minimum of 3 years
Essential
- Strong problem solving, analytical and project execution skills
- Strong executive presence, demonstrated through excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Confidence and the ability to influence clients, build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrable thought leadership
Desirable
- Multi-stream management exposure
- Certification or experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodology
- Demonstrable change management experience or knowledge using OCM or Prosci ADKAR methodology or similar
- PMI / Prince 2 / Agile / other Project Management qualifications
- Target Operating Model (TOM) experience
